Although we are obsessed with handling the art, and meticulously check each piece before we send it out... things can happen in transit. 

Please send us a photo to help@8x10.co so that we may assess the issue and get a replacement to you ASAP. 

Hold on to your original packaging if you see any damage when artwork arrives. All damage-based returns must be sent back in the original packaging and returned using a trackable shipping method. If we approve the return, you will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs.
